No. 21 Duke and No. 22 Colorado have entered the Associated Press Top 25 college football poll after their upsets in the opening weekend of the season. Florida State also climbed four places to No. 4 after defeating LSU. Georgia remains No. 1, with Michigan at No. 2. Colorado’s victory over TCU, led by coach Deion Sanders in his debut, was the standout performance of the weekend. Florida State’s top-five ranking is its first since the beginning of the 2017 season. The Pac-12 conference now has six ranked teams, the same as last season.
